The fair will feature over 10 local pre-schools from the Tega Cay, Fort Mill, Lake Wylie and Charlotte areas.  Each school will have a representative on hand to discuss teaching philosophies as well as enrollment fees and procedures.

Confirmed pre-schools attending the fair are:  Lake Wylie Lutheran, Palisades Episcopal School, Pleasant Hill Presbyterian, Good Shepherd UMC, Lakeshore Christian Fellowship, Pleasant Road Child Development, St. John’s Methodist Church, Unity Presbyterian, Fort Mill First Baptist Mom’s Morning Out, Harrison United Methodist, Ultimate Life Christian Academy and Journey Montessori.  (Pre-schools are subject to change without notice.)

Directions – From I-77:  Take exit 85 (Hwy. 160 West).  From I-77 N turn left onto Hwy 160; from I-77 S turn right onto Hwy 160.  Turn left at the traffic light into Baxter Village.  Follow the traffic circle around and take the second road to get to the library.  Turn right into the library’s parking lot.

From now until the end of September 2009 the MOMS Club® of Tega Cay will be collecting women and children’s clothing for the Pilgrim’s Inn women’s shelter, in Rock Hill, SC.  They especially need business attire and children’s clothing and shoes.  They are in desperate need of plus sizes.  Although, they will also take any other types of clothing not matter what size or type.

Pilgrim’s Inn is a non-profit organization that works with homeless women and children, as well as, women in abusive situations.  The services they provide are clothing, school supplies, job retraining and counseling, just to name a few.  They help people get back on their feet again.  www.pilgrimsinn.org
